We had named her Suncy when she came (Sunsea, from the sun and the sea)

It suited her then, and it suits her now, even if she is neither warm like the sun nor free like the sea. She's "grumpy" and reserved and has this sideways way of looking that makes her actually very funny.

She walks on the leash SO SLOWLY that it's as if she's doing it on purpose to punish you for taking her for a walk and getting her out of her comfort zone, but she doesn't do it on purpose, just this way she has to show you that she doesn't trust you 100%.

Suncy is one of the dogs that will take her time to trust, will take ehr time to wag their tail, that she will not choose you, you have to choose her.

We believe that within her she has a lot of character, extremely lots of character. We can see it in the look in her eyes and her muffled smile. This character of hers has begun to shine timidly as she is being socialized, but he will only shine in a home. Such dogs, take small steps in a shelter but can take great leaps forward in a home.
