There are some dogs that are misunderstood, that we put a label on them because it is convenient and we tend to see only this sign, and not the real dog behind it.
Electra's sign is "the crazy one", and we call her so sometimes with all our love. Before we brought her in for the photo shoot in front of the Christmas tree, for example, we were thinking "oh I hope she doesn't make a mess". And yet she didn't make a mess, she destroyed nothing, she just posed like a professional, looking with these brilliant eyes of herst, full of eagerness to learn and a zest for life.
She is a dog that is social, sweet, friendly and very intelligent. This zest that she has, that gave her the nickname "crazy", if channeled properly and creatively, by someone who is willing to teach her, can make her learn anything a dog can elarn.
Her mind is sharp and her intelligence is seen in her eyes, those eyes that follow you trying to understant what you want from her, what you expect, and what you are able to teach her
Mr. Silky was abandonded in the area of Oropos. In the beginning he was hesitant but now he is totally oriented with humans and other dogs too. Diego,in his teens, is a healthy, active boy, who loves swimming and going on walks.
Totally obedient, walks perfectly on a leash, he would be the perfect dog for a family without kids, since abruptly moves scare him a lot.
He is healthy, spayed and vaccinated.
Our boy came in our shelter with a broken leg and although he has physically recovered fully , still walks with a limp. He is very affectionate, friendly with humans and other dogs.
RESERVED !!! If he was a super hero he would be Flash. He is super friendly with humans and the other dogs and he is a serious runner. He just loves chasing any moving object!
Oreo is the only one from Emmas' pupps still unadopted in our shelter. It is so sad for such a tender, loving and playful boy...
Maya came at our shelter along with her brother, Bozo, and she is looking for a home. She is gorgeous and a teaser, friendly with all creatures and she loves anything and anyone around her. She s simply a positive being!!!
