• Once your questionnaire is evaluated, we will contact you at the phone number provided

• We will plan a meeting at the shelter where you can meet our dogs & cats

• Once we have decided on the best fit for you and your lifestyle, we will arrange a home-check to ensure that your space complies with the necessary requirements for the safety and well being of your new family member

The adoption process takes approximately 2 weeks

You would have to report the incident to your closest police station.

Kindly note that you can place an anonymous spontaneous complaint.

Our Shelter is fully occupied. We prefer to give priority to animals needing medical attention. If there is free space, we will accept any animal.

You would have to contact your municipality (they run spaying and animal healthcare programs) and insist for their attention. Otherwise you can contact your local animal welfare organisation.
