Joey is a beautiful puppy, pungent and incredibly happy.
He is the puppy who is happy, who wants to run and play and jump on you and enjoy life, and generally has appetite, energy and enthusiasm.
It's like saying every hour and moment "wow guys HOW NICE LIFE IS HUH?? AND YOU DON'T LIKE IT???"
He's still a baby, and now he's starting to learn some basic things, like how to go for a leash ride, how to collaborate a little with people, and how to channel his enthusiasm creatively.
