Civilisation always supports civilisation!
Humans' respect for animals is a sign of civilisation and emotional intelligence, concepts inextricably linked to theatrical art. For this reason, on Friday, December 17, the animal welfare organization, Save a Greek Stray (SGS), was hosted at the performance of the National Theater, Aeolian Land, by Elias Venezis, at the "Marika Kotopouli" Stage. The evening was dedicated to SGS, honoring its 10 years of animal welfare and social action.
A few words about the show:
And yet, human destinies are not written in straight lines.
The Aeolian Earth, a performance- of recollection of childhood innocence but also the memory of the separation from the native land of Asia Minor a few years before the Great Catastrophe, from which this year marks 100 years.
Elias Venezis records with nostalgia his childhood memories in Kydonia of Asia Minor from the beginning of the 20th century until 1914, when the first persecutions began.
