Laika

Laika

Laika grew up in a home, and lived there for the first years of her life. She lost her family because her people couldn't take care of her anymore. He has not lived like a hound, he has lived like a pet, and so, from a pet, he ended up in the cage.

Sometimes they say you have to take a step back before you take a step forward, and this setback we want to believe is for Laika an opportunity to find her forever family, and start living (again) as she deserves.

She is a tender and kind creature. Just as she is tall, thin, and impressive, she takes her for a walk and it's like having a fawn next to you.

We don't have much more to say about this girl. She is very good with other dogs, very sociable and loving with people, and indifferent to cats (as far as we know so far at least).

Whatever kind of home she ends up in, she will beautify it because she is like a painting (just look around your space and imagine her sitting in a corner; doesn;t it look better with her in it?).

Pepa

Pepa

Little one was found abandoned in the center of Athens, inside a shopping trolley. She had been abandoned woth all her beongings, and a bag of puppy food next to the trolley.

She was obviously bought and the abandoned, when the owners couldnt cope with a puppy anymore. She was microchipped but not registered.

For now she available for virtual adoption only. She will be rehomed after she reached the proper age and is spayed by us.

Forest

Forest

He is like velvet, with a coat that's like it's made to be petted, touched. And that's what he wants. He wants you to pet him, he wants to feel you close to him, next to him. To feel loved.

Forrest is a sociable, kind, tender and sweet dog.

And the way he has this muffled muzzle, it makes you want to hug him and ask what happened and who hurt him, and maybe the other dogs don't play him and if he wants to talk about it.

Dogs like him are unfortunately doomed to live outside in a doghouse, all winter and summer, and when they come to us, the harsships on their bodies are obvious. They are full of wounds, ulcers, and rashes. He was spared all that. He is still very young, and he is still soft and fresh. And that's how we want it to stay.

He is looking for his forever home, and for a home where he can place his huge heart and rest it.

Mario

Mario

When he came to us, Mario had no hair at all, and his skin was in such a bad state that it looked burnt. All this had been caused by a thyroid, and as soon as he started taking his daily medications, he began to improve immediately.

And as the coat began to improve, he began to improve also as a personality. To feel better, to open up, to rejoice.

He is short, with short legs, and a personality that is not to be underestimated. He is the type of short dog that does not feel short, but very normal. He roams the shelter as if he is a normal dog like everyone else, and not as if he lacks a meter in height.

She loves treats, and can do anything for food. This means that he can steal food if he finds it at hand, but it also means that he can learn everything, if you use the food correctly, as a training tool.

He is a sweet dog, even if he does not appear sweet at first sight. If you treat him as if he is a dog with personality, and show him respect, he will show you respect as well, he will love you, move into your house and live with you.

Luigi

Luigi

He's short, he's squeaky and he's tender. He sits down for a treat and jumps for a treat, and goes back and forth with his short, cheaky legs.

But his true strength is not in height nor in squeamishness. It is in this ONE and only tuft of hair on his lower eyelid, as if someone gathered all his eyelashes from here and there, gathered them into ONE tuft, and stuck them in one place all together.

Luigi found himself the way you see him, fluffy, clean and white, on the street, along with his brother. He is looking for his forever home.

Although he is short and small, he is as much of a dog as anyone. He loves walks, training and human contact.

Sudoku

Sudoku

Imagine a German shepherd. With its colors, with its tufted tail, with its everything. Now, as you have imagined it, shorten the legs to one-fifth, and reduce the length of the body to one-fifth as well.

Congratulations, you just made Sudoku!

The little one (literally) is short, he's cheeky, and he's a lot of dog. He is a dog like all dogs, with personality, with character, and with everything.

He found himself with his brother on the street, the way you see him. Fluffy, clean and healthy.

Sudoku is a young, socialand sweet dog. He sits for delicacy, jumps too high for delicacy, and can learn everything about a delicacy. He is looking for his forever home, and a human who will love and appreciate him as the dog he really is.
