Nobby was born in a warehouse. His mom Flery was found there by volunteers. She had just given birth to three puppies, and she had a rope tied so tightly around her neck that it had cut through and almost reached her carotid artery.
The entire family was taken to the vet, where Flery cared for her babies until they were weaned while simultaneously treating the wound on her neck.
Nobby and his siblings were raised with lots of love, both by their mom who was wonderful and very protective, and by us and the kids at the vet.
After he was weaned, he came to the shelter with his brother and sister.
He is a sweet puppy, very social, with short legs and an incredible cuteness.
